“Discover a Different Side of You: Unleash Your Creativity and Find Yourself Again”

Do you find that lately you’re too much in your head?  Too many to do’s, must do’s and not enough “me” time? Would you like time to imagine a life that has more of what you want? Time to re-connect with the “me” that gets lost in the hustle and bustle of life? Is it time for you to tap into your creative side and look at things from a new perspective?

In this women’s workshop, attendees will do creative exercises that will explore what they really want and need in their life. We will tap into different aspects of ourselves and instead of always thinking and doing, we’ll “try on” another way of listening and creating. The creative modalities will be used to explore and express ourselves.   No artistic skills necessary.  The focus on the group is on connecting to yourself and others in a supportive environment. As depicted by the picture, lets find our center by tapping into the creative fires within.

Dates: 4 weeks, Fridays: 5/7,5/14,5/21,5/28

Times: 9:30-11:30am

Cost: $99 for 4 week ($80 for Soul at Work and WCSWANS members) for all four sessions, supplies, and coffee and muffins.
